Private Tours and Custom Dates

Custom dates can be arranged for your private group of 8 or more. Please inquire about discounts for 8 or more.

Remarks:

·          In addition to airport taxes, airlines also calculate in fuel and safety surcharges, which change frequently. Your invoice will reflect the estimated amounts (see Airport Tax/Fuel). The largest portion of the charge is the fuel surcharge, which is subject to the price of kerosene. If we are notified of an increase, we will invoice you for the difference.

·          We can arrange add-on flights from most major U.S. cities. Add-ons are calculated over New York, Miami and Los Angeles prices but may be routed through other cities. You can find add-on rates by clicking on the ADD-ONS tab on our Home Page.

·          Most of the group participants on this trip are from the Netherlands, most of whom will have an excellent command of English. The tour leader, (the logistics coordinator, not a lecturer) will first address the group in Dutch but will repeat important information in English. These trips are recommended for travelers with a travel partner or for those who are more independent or who have experience traveling with international groups.
