Inclusive:

Itinerary as specified, fully equipped safari vehicle, services of tour leader and camp courier, all accommodation, all catering equipment and National Park entrance fees.  Breakfast (B) Lunch (L) Dinner (D) where specified.  Meals not shown will be to the client's account. Occasionally breakfast and lunch may be combined into a brunch where necessary e.g. mornings with early game drives. The Local Payment of $180 in included in the published price of the trip. However, the amount will be deducted from the total on your invoice as you will need to pay this sum directly to the guide in South African Rand (1280 RAND). This fee covers various charges such as food supplies and some meals as indicated in program literature, park entry fees, and miscellaneous expenses.

Exclusive:

Travel and medical insurance, personal spending money, visas, passports, vaccinations, personal taxes (including departure and border taxes) all optional activities, unscheduled or optional national / game parks and other activities, gratuities, restaurant meals and all other items of a personal nature. All drinks, even on days with full board basis.  If you are a single and we cannot book you with a roommate, the single charge is $300. High & shoulder season flight surcharges if applicable (scroll down page to see prices with surcharges).
