This tour of Finland, Sweden and Norway will start in the Finnish village Inari with it’s lake where you can make a boat trip. Along tundra and fjords, we travel to Repvåg, our base for a visit to the North Cape. The rock drawing in Alta from the World Heritage list is another intriguing sight. Buses and ferries take us along the Norwegian coasts and fjords. In Andenes you learn about the whaling industry and you might even catch a glimpse of these mammals. Abisko National Park is ideal for various walks.

LODGINGS:  We stay in comfortable tourist class (3-star) accommodation with private shower and toilet. Some hotels have a sauna. Some hotels are characteristic. If we stay in Kiruna in a hotel located in a former train station and in Repvag in a converted shipyard. From your chair made of driftwood, you look out on the fjord.

INCLUSIVES:  The cost of a guide assisted land package includes an English-speaking tour leader (as a logistics coordinator, not a lecturer), city-to-city transport, accommodations as described. Airport transfers at beginning and end of land program,   
EXCLUSIVES:  International flights, other meals, optional excursions, entrance fees not specifically named, visa or exit taxes (when applicable) gratuities, personal expenses, etc.  Estimated Out-of-Pocket Weekly: $ 410

PRIVATE TOURS/CUSTOM DATE:  If you have a party of 8 or more, you can book almost any of Djoser’s group programs on a private basis. In this case we would use  a local guide(s). Lodging upgrades or smaller group size (when possible) would incur additional costs.

The land program begins depending on the flight arrival time of the Dutch participants who fly together from Amsterdam. The group will typically meet about 2 to 3 hours after their arrival, at the hotel. If they have a late evening arrival, the program will begin early the next morning. Please note their scheduled flight times below to estimate your own flight times.
