Inclusive:

The cost of a guide assisted land package includes a Dutch tour leader (as a logistics coordinator, not a lecturer) and a local guide, city-to-city transport, accommodations as described.

Exclusive:

International flights, other meals, optional excursions, entrance fees not specifically named, visa or exit taxes (when applicable) gratuities, personal expenses, etc. If you are considering optional activities such as bungee jumping, helicopter flights, swimming with dolphins, kayaking, etc. be sure to adjust your budget.  These activities are fairly pricey, but very worthwhile. Please note that on the way back, if you fly through Auckland there is a 25 - NZD airport tax.
