The cost of a guide assisted land package includes an Dutch & English speaking tour leader (as a logistics coordinator, not a lecturer), city-to-city transport, accommodations as described. Airport transfers at beginning and end of land program and bike rental.  

Exclusive:

International flights, other meals, optional excursions, entrance fees not specifically named, visa or exit taxes (when applicable) gratuities, personal expenses, etc.
